Bronx Bars is one of the top choices if you are looking for a club like atmosphere in the Rice Village. Several years ago they tried to make this place seem hard to get into. Now it's just pretty much local college students and while they try to make it feel like an upscale club, it's pretty comfortable. The music is good, the staff works well, and the door people are friendly.

But the best part of Bronx bar is not the inside. Its the patio that sets it apart . Excellent spot to just chill or mingle. The music is not to loud here and you can hear yourself talk. The patio also overlooks the street giving you a view of both Brian O'Neills and Baker st. There is a bar outside in the patio and the bartender there is good.
